SITE ARCHITECTS

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a team of other professionals such as project managers, building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with contractors
  • Check work done by contractors and subcontractors to ensure that approved drawings, materials and methodologies are met
  • Ensure project timeline is met

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

  • PRC License for Architecture is MANDATORY

  • At least 3 years work experience in Site Supervision is preferred, primarily in construction supervision

Qualifications:

  • Extensive construction knowledge and experience
  • Excellent technical drawing skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and the likes.
  • Knowledge of Revit is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills.
  • Strong eye for design and detail
  • With experience in architectural detailing and specifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
