About the role

Polystar General Services' is seeking an experienced Architect Engineer to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Architect Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our company's innovative construction projects. With a strong focus on architecture and engineering, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic vision and growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create detailed architectural plans and engineering designs for a variety of construction projects
  • Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process
  • Conducting site inspections, evaluating project requirements, and proposing solutions to address technical challenges
  • Preparing detailed specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines to support the successful delivery of construction initiatives
  • Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams during the implementation phase
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and engineering

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related engineering field
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architectural Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong technical skills in architectural design, structural analysis, and project management
  • Proficiency in using CAD software, 3D modelling tools, and other design-related applications
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • A passion for creating innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
