VACANCY : (1) Front-End Controller

(1) Back-End Controller

FRONT-END CONTROLLER:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor financial transaction execution from Sales, Service, and Projects.
  • Validate billing and disbursement support documents before posting.
  • Coordinate collections and reconcile with Treasury and AR.
  • Review and reconcile inventory movement vs. system records.
  • Track departmental spend vs. budget in real-time and flag exceptions.
  • Serve as a financial advisor to operations teams on compliance matters.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to transaction-level accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in finance operations, internal control, or audit.
  • CPA

Skills:

  • SAP/ERP transaction validation, Excel reporting, reconciliation, strong coordination across departments.
  • Strong SAP/ERP system exposure and advanced Excel skills.
  • High trust and oversight over sensitive transactional data.
  • Multidisciplinary exposure (billing, AR, inventory, budget)

BACK-END DEVELOPER:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee GL, journal entries, and closing activities.
  • Financial reporting – B/S, P&L, C/F
  • Validate AR/AP postings and reconciliation.
  • Lead cash monitoring and bank reconciliation.
  • File taxes accurately and on time.
  • Ensure audit readiness and statutory compliance.
  • Supervise AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and Tax personnel.
  • Coordinate with Front-End Controller and FP&A on reconciliations and reporting.
  • Drive internal control and ERP improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in accounting or finance roles
  • Skills: Analytical, ERP (SAP B1), leadership, audit coordination, tax compliance
  • Attributes: Integrity, detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and compliance-driven
