About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Back End Developer to join our dynamic team at ACCRETIO HOLDINGS INC.'. As a Senior Back End Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable back-end systems that power our innovative products and services. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and implementing complex back-end architectures and systems using the latest technologies and best practices
  • Developing and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and secure APIs and microservices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our systems
  • Actively participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and sharing knowledge to promote a culture of continuous learning
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and implementing them to improve our technology stack

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a back-end developer, with a proven track record of building and maintaining complex, scalable, and secure back-end systems
  • Proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages, such as Python, Java, or , and the associated frameworks and libraries
  • Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and management, with experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, and experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and devise efficient solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software development industry
