JOB ROLE:

  • Project owner of end-to-end expansion of in-line stores and scooping stations
  • Leads the search and recommendation of potential in-line store and scooping station locations
  • Liases directly with the malls / developer / leasing office of the location for oculars and lease offers
  • Works internally with stakeholders:

a. Proposal for approval of Mancom

b. Legal for contract once location is approved

c. Finance for approval and payment

d. Procurement for awarding and purchase of equipment

e. Site visits with engineer, architect and contractor for implementation

f. Admin for permits

g. Work closely with Marketing to ensure design adheres to brand colors and guidelines

  • Manages timelines, deadlines and internal documentation
  • Leads turnover until punch list
  • Provides support and oversees store facilities with lessor
  • Supports the retail business with new business opportunities (i.e. franchising)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures the best location for new in-line stores and scooping stations
  • Holds weekly meetings with Engineer, Contractor and Architect to ensure timely opening of the store/scooping station
  • Work closely with marketing/architect for design of scooping stations

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Executes timely updates and efficient organization of project trackers
  • Raises internal documentation via SAP for procurement
  • Creates gannt chart and weekly updates
  • To prepare and submit final turnover per project with sign off from Engineer
  • Ensure transparency, accountability and alignment, including documenting, communicating in all project-related matters with the relevant stakeholders

JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a college graduate with at least 3-5 years of work experience
  • Experience in working in any project management / business development role
  • Must be excellent in project management
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented , effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate and drive resolution across multifunctional areas
  • Possesses basic Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
