Job Overview

He / She will be participating in a variety of functional and project management assignments that provide for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of automated systems, applications or solutions - application programs, application systems, and operating systems software within web and client server environments. He / She will also perform a range of professional assignments. Independent judgment is required to carry out assignments that have significant impact on services or programs. Guidelines may be available, but require adaptation or interpretation to determine appropriate courses of action.

Job Description

• Leads workshops and discussions with the key business leads and contacts.

• Proposes standard solutions to the business for their requirements, and if needed proposes custom solutions.

• Creates business blueprint documents based on the discussions and alignment with the business.

• Creates functional specifications for custom solutions that needs to be developed to meet the business requirements.

• Executes the configurations that are needed to setup the system.

• Executes the System Integration Testing to validate if the solution is working as expected.

• Trains the key business users in using the implemented solution.

• Leads and guides the key business users during the User Acceptance Testing phase.

• Leads and guides the key business contacts for the data conversion and migration activities.

• Leads as a project manager for certain project and engagements.

• Ensures that projects and implementations are executed according to plan.

• Acts as point of contact for SAP FICO for certain business units and groups.

• Ensures that he/she is updated with the new products and technologies coming from SAP.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Information Technology or related fields

• Attended business management, project management related courses

Qualifications

• Has a working knowledge of projects, implementations, and custom solutions

• Has at least 5 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling

• Has at least 3 years of experience in SAD (systems analysis and design)

• Has at least 2 year of experience as project manager

• Has a good understanding of the integrations to SAP FICO at least 3 sub-modules (MM, SD, RE, etc.)

• Preferably has working experience in real estate, hotels & conventions, logistics and the holding company setup

• Experience in leading a successful project is preferred

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA is preferred

• Knowledge in SAP Finance and Controlling.

• Knowledge in the different project methodologies.

• Knowledge of determining the suited project methodology to be used for the different engagements.

• Knowledge in leading workshops to determine as-is processes and understand the business requirements.

• Knowledge in the different data conversion and migration strategies.

• Knowledge in creating project timelines.

• Knowledge in creating cutover plans.

• Knowledge in creating training plans that can be executed as per need and requirement.

• Ability to prepare detailed written business blueprint documents and functional specifications.

• Ability to analyze instructions and data.

• Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications.

• Ability to gather and analyze facts, define problems, and devise solutions.
