Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Finance Control (FICO) Consultant based in Metro Manila, with flexibility for remote work. The Consultant will be responsible for configuring and optimizing SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements. Day-to-day activities include analyzing financial processes, developing and implementing SAP-related solutions, supporting cost and profitability analysis (CO-PA), and providing functional support for finance-related modules. Collaboration with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and ensure alignment with business needs is a critical component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP FICO and CO-PA modules.
  • In-depth understanding of Financial processes and Business Processes.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience with integrating SAP FICO with other enterprise systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in consulting roles or large-scale SAP implementation projects is an advantage.
