Sanitary/Plumbing Design Engineers

Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines A.C Properties Inc. Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱3,600,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Perform sanitary/plumbing analysis and design of various office, commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and land development projects;
  • Perform project coordination and attend to design coordination meetings;
  • Perform data collection and site visits to determine the actual site conditions;
  • Perform actual site as-built surveys and prepare as-built drawings;
  • Prepare the basis of design, design drawings, technical specifications and cost estimates;
  • Prepare various technical reports as required during the design process; and
  • Perform site inspections during construction and prepare corresponding inspection reports.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be Licensed Sanitary Engineers. Post-graduate degree is an advantage.
  • With 5 to 10 years of work experience preferably from a reputable design consultancy firm.
  • Computer literate with excellent academic records.
  • ISO:9001 background will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates may also apply.
