Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Assistant located in Mandaluyong. The Talent Acquisition Assistant will handle daily tasks such as coordinating with hiring managers, posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings. Additionally, the assistant will manage applicant tracking systems, participate in job fairs and recruitment events, and assist in the onboarding process of new hires. The role involves ensuring the recruitment process is consistently smooth and efficient.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating with hiring managers and posting job advertisements
  • Skills in scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate screenings
  • Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • 1 year Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
