Position Overview:

We're looking for a
Financial Analyst
to play a key role in driving sound financial management and strategic decision-making across our growing group of companies and subsidiaries.

This role offers broad exposure to various financial disciplines:
budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and audit support,
and the opportunity to collaborate closely with leaders and teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely
    financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures
    , ensuring compliance with
    GAAP, SEC
    , and other regulatory standards.
  • Develop
    financial reports and presentations
    for senior management, the Board, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the
    annual budget, forecast, and long-term financial planning
    process across business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams
    (Accounting, Operations, Business Development) to gather and analyze financial data for strategic insights.
  • Assist in
    audit preparation
    , ensuring documentation is complete and responses are prompt.
  • Participate in
    ad hoc projects and financial initiatives
    , providing analytical insights to enhance performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting
    ;
    CPA
    is an advantage.
  • At least
    4 years of experience
    in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles—preferably in a
    multi-entity or publicly listed company
    .
  • Advanced Excel skills
    and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation
    skills for diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and able to manage
    multiple priorities in a fast-paced
    environment.
