This role is central to supporting over $140 billion in assets by developing, maintaining, and modernizing data pipelines and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring accurate, secure, and timely data delivery to investment and wealth management clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and SSRS.
  • Develop and manage domain models for financial data and ensure reliable data integration into the CDP.
  • Uphold data security and accuracy through automated testing, peer reviews, and documentation.
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices in data engineering and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and central data teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects, provide accurate estimations, and respond to changing priorities.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning and delivery improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced SQL skills and strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in report and dashboard development using SSRS and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control (Git).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with the Azure ecosystem (DevOps, Data Factory).
  • Knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Fivetran), and data platforms like Snowflake and dbt.
  • Understanding of data governance, security controls (RBAC, data masking), and financial industry practices.
