Education

Graduate of any bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, Engineering or a related study (or equivalent project-related experience).

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in one or more ERP Technical areas (ABAP/ PI/PO)

• Project implementation and support experience

Trainings (MUST Training Only)

• SAP ABAP Development

Other Qualifications (license, certification, trade tests, others)

• Must pass the test/s as stated in the HR Assessment Matrix

• Knowledge on SAP Modules related to SAP ABAP Development:
- SAP ABAP
- SAP FIORI
- SAP PI/PO

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create conceptual and logical business solution design for BAU and Replicating business requirements
- Understand and translate business requirements into ERP solutions
- Design programs to meet business requirements
- Conduct/facilitate testing activities
- Conduct/facilitate training
- Prepare required documentations
- Support cut-over activities
- Perform post implementation support.

• Support development, testing and documentation of Deepening and Broadening business requirements

• Follow and improve delivery and operation support methodology

• Ensure compliance to PLDT Group standards.

• Can apply knowledge to the other IT Delivery Services:
- Application Management
- Change Management
- Portfolio Management
- Risk Management
- Incident and Problem Management.

• Ensure that ERP systems remain robust, stable, and secure.

• Update relevant documentation pertaining to delivered ERP services.

• Communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Perform other duties of similar nature or level that may be assigned.
