SAP ABAP Developer (S/4HANA | RICEFW | ABAP Cloud)

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to deliver offshore development work, enhancements, and project support for global clients. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams to build high-quality RICEFW objects and ensure solutions align with business and design requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and support RICEFW components (Reports, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) for S/4HANA projects
  • Work with functional consultants and solution experts to resolve issues and ensure requirement compliance
  • Deliver on time with best-practice development standards and quality
  • Create technical designs from high-level functional specs; conduct unit testing
  • Provide performance optimization, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
  • Mentor junior developers when needed

What We're Looking For (Non-negotiable)

  • Strong hands-on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, OData, Gateway, RAP/RESTful ABAP, IDoc, Adobe Forms, ABAP OO, Workflows, BOPF, ATC
  • Proven experience in S/4HANA RICEFW development, S/4HANA conversions, and clean-core development
  • Understanding of SAP functional processes and ability to work independently
  • Experience in Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
