Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end SAP BTP and S/4HANA developments including requirement analysis, design, build, and testing.
  • Work closely with functional consultants, solution experts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Act as a technical architect, providing best-practice recommendations and participating in client discussions (including RFPs and workshops).
  • Mentor and coach team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill growth.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while adopting industry best practices.
  • Support clients with enhancements, issue resolution, and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, OData, RESTful ABAP, IDOC, Adobe Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, ATC.
  • Experience in S/4HANA WRICEF implementation, conversions, and custom code remediation.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and a Clean Core mindset.
  • Knowledge of Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk) and open standards like Cloud Foundry.
  • Solid background in Core ABAP RICEFW and Solution Design.
  • Experience in managing teams, leading workshops, pre-sales, troubleshooting, and client engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Awareness of the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
