Job Mission/Summary:

As a Company Driver / Helper at WINTERCRIB AIRCONDTIONING SALES & SERVICES, INC., assigned in the Operations department, your primary responsibility is to safely operate company vehicles, transport employees, materials, and equipment to designated destinations, and support the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company vehicles or motorcycles to transport employees and materials.
  • Verify and ensure the proper loading and securing of equipment and materials.
  • Deliver important documents and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle and work place.
  • Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on the vehicle.
  • Ensure the vehicle is safe for use and report any issues promptly.
  • Follow a set schedule for timely service/deliveries.
  • Plan efficient routes to save time.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and wear the company-issued uniform.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment responsibly.
  • Build and maintain trust to access company properties.
  • Be self-sufficient in tasks that may require physical labor.
  • Promote service contracts to clients for long-term relationships.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate
  • Must have a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code 1 & 2) Or Non Professional License
  • With at least 2–3 years of experience as a company or service driver
  • Knowledgeable in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

Skills and Experience:

  • Familiar with Pulilan routes and nearby areas.
  • Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Can assist in loading and unloading of tools, equipment, and air-conditioning units
  • Experience in technical or service-related work (HVAC, electrical, or construction industry) is an advantage
  • Can perform routine vehicle checks before and after trips

Character and Attitude:

  • Honest, reliable, and responsible
  • Punctual and with good work ethic
  • Team player and can work well with technicians and staff
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends, or field assignments when needed
  • With a clean driving record and good moral character

Good Points:

  • Residing near company branches (Pulilan)
  • Shows initiative, discipline, and willingness to learn
  • Has a customer-oriented attitude when representing the company in field operations
