DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving to the job site;
  • Regularly inspecting trucks, cranes, bulldozers, and other light and heavy equipment for proper performance;
  • Diagnosing heavy equipment problems;
  • Repairs gasoline and diesel-powered machines;
  • Adjusting equipment and replacing/repairing faulty/damaged parts;
  • Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on light/heavy-duty vehicles;
  • Cleaning and servicing of machine attachments like winches, blades, and side booms;
  • Performing major repair work when necessary;

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least Vocational/Technical course diploma;
  • Certification as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic/NC ll;
  • Driver's license restriction number 1,2,3,8;
  • At least 8 years of proven work experience as a Diesel or Heavy Equipment Mechanic;
  • Knowledge in light to heavy equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair techniques
  • Understanding of computer testing technologies a plus;
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues on the job site;
  • Aptitude in using various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers etc.) and precision measurement tools (e.g. callipers)
  • Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc.
  • Knowledge of the occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions applicable to site mechanical maintenance and repair work.
  • Ability to lift heavy machinery;
  • Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment; Repairs gasoline and diesel-powered machines;
  • Ability to work long hours with less supervision;
  • Positive work attitude and physically fit;
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
