Job Description:
  • As a senior delivery professional, you will oversee SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements across global clients.
  • Drive the execution of the SAP delivery strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.
  • Develop and lead large, cross-functional delivery teams to achieve consistent delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients to drive long-term value.
  • Manage escalations and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT services with at least 8–10 years in SAP program delivery and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations and support engagements.
  • Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integration strategies, and cloud migration (especially SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP).
Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop trusted relationships with key clients by driving collaborative solutions that meet their needs.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Team Leadership & Capability Development:
  • Lead and mentor delivery teams to develop high-performance capabilities.
  • Foster a culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
