  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end closings for UK, HK, and Canada entities
  • Prepare financial statements, conduct reviews, and perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with PH tax and regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, VAT, audits)
  • Oversee Philippine finance operations and coordinate with local CPA and external vendors
  • Implement and improve internal controls for disbursement, reconciliation, and closing
  • Act as primary escalation point for finance and tax-related issues
  • Support audits, special projects, and financial analysis as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in general accounting/bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of PH taxation and compliance (BIR, SEC, VAT, audits)
  • Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency accounting (international exposure preferred)
  • Proficient in accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks) and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks
