Savemore Market is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Project Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of our exciting upcoming construction projects . As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet established goals and objectives
  • Coordinating and monitoring the work of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges, and implementing effective strategies to address them
  • Providing regular progress updates to project stakeholders and collaborating with the wider project team
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve project processes and implement best practices
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the project team

What We're Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety standards
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
