The 
Events Manager
 will help the activations team in executing events. He/She must be flexible to changes and have the ability to keep up with a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management or its equivalent
  • 3-4 years of work experience in event design/management or other programs.
  • Strong expertise in crafting compelling pitches, client servicing, and deep knowledge of e-commerce
  • With Initiative, attention to detail, flexibility, self-control, stress tolerance, and well-presented
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and multitasking abilities.
  • Preferred location: Metro Manila (for frequent on-site activation participation)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute activation plans integrated with compelling content strategies for client campaigns.
  • Manage all aspects of activations, including budgeting, timelines, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site supervision.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver seamless, on-brand activations within budget and timelines.
  • Create, distribute, and optimize high-quality content across platforms to enhance activation efforts.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, campaign progress, and content effectiveness.
  • Research and propose innovative ideas, leveraging experiential marketing to elevate audience engagement.
  • Mentor and guide team members to develop impactful content supporting activation goals.
