Position Title: Production Manager

Location: Makati

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

The Production Manager will lead and oversee the full lifecycle of below-the-line (BTL) initiatives—including event productions, brand activations, and promotional activities—from planning to execution. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end production of BTL projects such as events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee project timelines, production budgets, manpower planning, and coordination with suppliers and talents.
  • Ensure seamless pre-production processes, including conceptualization, briefing, sourcing, and approval workflows.
  • Supervise on-site event implementation to guarantee quality execution and client satisfaction.
  • Handle post-event requirements, including documentation, reporting, and performance evaluation.
  • Mentor and guide the production team to maintain efficient operations and high-quality output.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in event production, brand activation, or a similar field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
