Assist in ensuring efficient and effective office operations
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, maintaining par levels and placing orders as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, fielding calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
Assist with the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and meetings
Provide administrative support to the executive team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
Maintain and update office policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline administrative workflows.
Strong organizational and time management skills, documentation skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
Ability to create policies and daily / monthly reports
Proactive and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
