Role: Customer Care Representative

Start Date: October 27, 2025

Work Setup & Schedule

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

Set-Up: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

Schedule: Fixed Night Shift | Weekends Off

What We're Looking For

  • College Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects, with TOR)
  • Minimum 1 year of solid BPO experience handling international inbound healthcare insurance accounts
  • Must have experience with insurance, claims, benefits, and eligibility
  • Familiar with metrics-driven performance (AHT, CSAT, QA)
  • No short stints
  • Excellent English communication skills
