We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – KYC to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and compliance processes by assisting customers in completing their KYC requirements and ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or chat to guide them through the KYC process.
  • Collect and verify identity documents (e.g., ID proof, address proof, PAN card).
  • Perform data entry and update customer information in internal systems.
  • Ensure KYC documentation complies with regulatory and company policies.
  • Follow up on pending documentation and escalate incomplete or suspicious profiles.
  • Educate customers on KYC procedures and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams as needed for escalations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and KYC activities.
  • Stay up to date on AML/KYC regulations and company policy changes.

Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of requests.
  • Proficient in MS Office
