Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Telecommunications account. The role is open to Senior High School graduates and freshers who are eager to build a career in the BPO industry. You will assist customers with inquiries, service concerns, and basic troubleshooting while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from telecom customers.
  • Provide assistance with billing inquiries, service activation, and product information.
  • Help customers resolve issues with mobile, internet, or cable services.
  • Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
  • Follow standard procedures and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Work with team leaders and colleagues to improve service performance.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate/graduate (any course).
  • No BPO experience required — training will be provided.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,500.00 per month
