Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Collaborate with other engineers through code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, review, and testing.
  • Work closely with Lead Engineers, Testers, and SMEs to ensure successful and timely product delivery.
  • Continuously refine and improve coding standards and development practices.
  • Uphold software engineering standards such as proper unit test coverage.
  • Document system components and technical details clearly.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain product features.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with relevant frameworks depending on the domain (e.g., Flutter for mobile, for backend, Spring Boot for Java).
  • Proficiency in Java, , or Dart.
  • Strong background in writing unit tests.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline development is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AWS Serverless is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Strong grasp of SOLID principles.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or
  • Experience working within an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Knowledge of integrating with REST APIs.
  • Understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching engineers.
