We are seeking a Backend Software Developer Intern to join our technology team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and contribute to backend systems that power real-world applications. You will work closely with experienced backend developers to develop APIs, manage databases, and ensure seamless system integration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers
  • Participate in backend testing, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Integrate databases and manage server-side logic
  • Collaborate with the development team to meet functional and technical requirements
  • Contribute to documentation, architecture planning, and team discussions
  • Stay informed on backend technologies, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of at least one backend programming language (e.g., , Python, Java, C#, etc.)
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL or NoSQL), and server-side development concepts
  • Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
  • Able to commit a minimum of 300 hours
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Php400.00 per day
