Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Salesforce Administrator role is a critical role in helping the company achieve its order automation goals. You will work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and the sales team to ensure system enhancements are delivered to a high standard and improve overall business efficiency.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 2 years Salesforce administration experience
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting issues within Salesforce
- Experience lodging tickets on incidents/requests and collaborating with developers
- Good English verbal communication skills
- Certification in Salesforce is desirable but not required
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the business
- Confident in delivering training and support to non-technical users
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
- Office-based role only; no remote option available
Your Daily Tasks
- Manage user accounts, including Salesforce onboarding, offboarding, and permissions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce by setting up custom fields, custom objects, page layouts, validations, and flows.
- Configure and manage products and pricing using Salesforce CPQ.
- Handle data management tasks such as data imports and exports while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and governance.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Manage technical support cases from Salesforce users, providing assistance with order issues, document creation, and pricing.
- Troubleshoot failed orders and system bugs, collaborating with sales, provisioning, and development teams to resolve issues.
- Train users on new features and functions, provide onboarding for new hires, and create process documentation and user guides.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support business operations.
