As a
Salesforce Administrator,
you'll configure and optimize platform features, manage user access, maintain data quality, and design workflows that keep business operations running seamlessly. You'll be the go-to resource for reporting improvements, process enhancements, and system integrity-ensuring that teams have the tools and information needed to serve customers better and scale effectively.

The Qualifications We Seek

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Development
• At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  in a commercial environment (required)
• Proven knowledge of the Salesforce security model and strong practical admin skills
• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and hold others accountable
• Self-motivated team player with strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills
• Ability to work in a large, diverse team with a professional and transparent work ethic

Your Daily Tasks

• Perform system administration functions: configure security settings, user profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, and custom fields
• Develop business reports and dashboards; support user reporting needs
• Manage communication templates and associated workflows
• Coordinate priorities and key deliverables with the Team Leader or Manager
• Provide analysis and user support for data requests
• Manage support requests and administrative needs with third-party vendors
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure integrations meet business requirements
• Communicate regularly with offices to provide updates and training
• Provide accurate development estimates and identify potential delays
• Ensure compliance with best practices and the ISO27001 framework
• Maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures
• Follow quality assurance protocols
• Manage Salesforce data and data migration processes
• Support ICT activities and triage the support ticketing register
