Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cebu for a Compliance Associate. The Compliance Associate will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. Responsibilities include managing compliance programs, monitoring regulatory changes, conducting compliance risk assessments, reviewing and maintaining legal compliance documentation, and coordinating with various departments to implement compliance measures.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance (BIR, SEC, LGU, and other regulatory compliances)
  • Understanding of Legal Compliance and its application
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and apply governmental regulations
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with different departments and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
  • Experience in the accounting or finance industry is a plus
