Minimum Requirement for Accounting Supervisor:

  1. Educational Qualifications: o With a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. o Advanced certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.

  2. Experience: o At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, o At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role is preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations (e.g., GAAP, etc.)
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • o Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.

Supervisory Skills:

  • o Ability to lead and motivate a team of accountants, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • o Strong communication skills for reporting to senior management and coordinating with other departments.
  • o Experience in monitoring the workflow of the accounting department and prioritizing tasks.
  • o Ability to work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure alignment in accounting operations and support departmental goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php27,000.00 per month
