About the role

We are seeking an skilled Surveyor to support our interior fit-out projects by providing precise site measurements, setting-out works, and spatial data to ensure accurate project execution to join our dynamic team at Multi Development And Construction Corporation (MDCC). The ideal candidate will bring experience in surveying within built environments and contribute to the success of high-spec commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects. This full-time position is based in Sta Rosa, Laguna Project, where you will contribute to the strategic direction and successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Site Surveying:

• Conduct accurate site and building surveys using total stations, GPS, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment.
• Carry out pre-construction and as-built surveys to assist with spatial planning and design alignment.

Setting-Out:

• Mark out reference points and grid lines for construction teams based on architectural and MEP drawings.
• Ensure accurate positioning for partitions, services, and finishes in interior spaces.
• Data Collection & Reporting:
• Capture, process, and analyze survey data using software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or Leica software.
• Produce detailed drawings, reports, and 3D models to support design and construction decisions.

Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and site managers to ensure surveying data aligns with project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on discrepancies or site conditions affecting fit-out works.

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain surveying equipment and ensure calibration for accuracy.
• Verify dimensions, levels, and tolerances on site to maintain quality standards.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fit-out, interior, or construction industry.
• Proficiency with surveying tools and software (e.g., Leica, Trimble, AutoCAD, Total Station).
• Strong understanding of spatial measurements in built environments (walls, ceilings, services).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
