The Assistant Sales Administrator will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves order processing, documentation, coordination with internal departments, and assisting in sales reporting.

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase requests accurately.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating sales records, customer databases, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve minor issues related to orders.
  • Assist in tracking sales performance and generating periodic reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
