The
Senior Logistics Coordinator
role is critical in managing the end-to-end operational aspects of various logistics services for our Australian contracts. You will be responsible for coordination, documentation, and communication, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely movement of goods. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Coordination:
  Manage and coordinate the full logistics process, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments (local and international).
• Documentation Management:
  Prepare, verify, and process all necessary logistics documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs forms, packing lists) with extreme
  accuracy
  .
• Stakeholder Liaison:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, customs brokers, and Australian partners, providing timely updates and resolving operational issues.
• Supplier Management:
  Liaise with local and international freight forwarders and suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify bottlenecks and suggest strategic improvements to streamline logistics workflows and increase operational efficiency.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all activities adhere to relevant local, international, and Australian customs and logistics regulations.

What You Bring

• Experience:
  Proven experience (
  2+ years preferred
  ) in logistics coordination, shipping, or freight forwarding, ideally handling international movements.
• Logistics Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of logistics operations, documentation, customs procedures, and terminology.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory for liaising with international partners and clients.
• Attention to Detail:
  Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Competency with logistics software, tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
