ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
- Attends pre-bid conferences for upcoming projects
- Prepares bid documents as requirements of the client.
- Ensures that required bidding is accurately and timely prepared for submission.
- Supervises and monitors overall project deliverables and status.
- Studying all related customer documents, and consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
- Attend clarification meetings with the Client when required.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign-off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
- Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by his immediate head from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
at least 5 years experience in field construction.
- Familiarity with the construction industry.
