Responsibilities:1. Manage the entire bid process, from identification ofopportunities to submission and post -bid analysis, ideally with experiencewithin a technical industry.2. Develop compelling, compliant, and visually engaging bidcontent, including technical explanations, case studies, and executivesummaries.3. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and adhereto bid regulations and quality standards.4. Develop and maintain a bid library with up -to -datecompany credentials, project references, and templates.5. Develop winning bid strategies, articulate valuepropositions, and differentiate offerings in competitive markets6. Coordinate input from subject matter experts (includinginsurance, legal, finance, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, andconsultants) to gather necessary information and inputs for bids. RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing ) required.Experience in the construction, engineering, or property development sectors is highly beneficial, indicating an understanding of industry -specific requirements and terminology.Must possess ability in Strategic Thinking, Project Coordination, Bid Library Management, Risk Management, Presentation SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in Bid/Tendering Software (e.g., CCS/Candy , WinQS , HKC , SAP , Ariba , Pastel Accounting , CRM systems like PeopleSoft , Maximiser , WordPress , Mailchimp ).Experience in Design Software like Adobe InDesign, Adobe Elements, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Canva BenefitsOpportunities for growth and development.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly environment.Paid Training
