Responsibilities:

  • Inspects equipment and common areas, along with contractual supervisors to ensure that they are in good running condition
  • Prepares of the budget for repairs and maintenance
  • Ensures compliance with all government requirements
  • Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
  • Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a Registered / Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably 1 - 4 Yrs experienced employees specializing in Property / Real Estate or equivalent
  • Must be willing to work in Davao
