Reporting to: Picking Manager

Targets of the position:

  • Responsible for the effective and efficient handling of all outgoing and incoming activities. Ensures that the process of dispatching and receiving of finished goods, point of sales merchandise and other promotional material follows the Warehouse Safety, Security and Quality Standard.
  • Ensures Safety of all time, Zero LTI and promotes flagging of near misses.
  • Maintains smooth and accurate flow of checking both incoming and outgoing of items by ensuring resources are complete, internal coordination and communication are open, SOP are followed enforcing programs and improvements and making sure KPIs are met

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to check accurately both incoming and outgoing items.
  • Checks correctness in quantity and SKU as stated and required in the document.
  • Considers delivery and receiving requirements as regards to stocking and stock arrangement.
  • Assist unloaders/ delivery personnel during unloading.
  • Always maintains good housekeeping and sanitation standards.
  • Complies and subscribes to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policies.
  • Monitoring Team's performance relating to achieving KPIs.
  • Responding promptly to client queries and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
  • Ensuring existing logistic solutions and services are of high customer perceived quality and value for money, and that they meet company standards of reliability, integrity and image.
  • Initiates or conducts root cause analysis on errors encountered per day to identify reasons for failures, errors or losses for appropriate action planning and timeline setting.
  • Encourages Team Members to have initiative and responsiveness to operation needs.
  • Performs other tasks and duties assigned to him/her from time to time including changes in job-position/ transfer of assignment as the exigency of the situation dictates.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female.
  • at least Senior High Graduate/ College level.
  • Good interpersonal and communictaion skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic omputer skills and knows how to use MS office.
  • Observant, focus and keen to details.
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Lives within Sucat, Taguig and Pasay areas.

Job Type: Full-time
