About the role

We are seeking an experienced Checker Picker to join our team at BENSON INDUSTRIAL COLD STORAGE INC.' in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for accurately checking and picking orders to ensure efficient and timely delivery to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Carefully checking inventory against order details to ensure accuracy
  2. Picking and packing orders in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintaining high standards of organisation and cleanliness in the warehouse
  4. Following all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  5. Collaborating with the wider team to meet daily targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Picker or Checker in a manufacturing, transport or logistics environment
  2. Strong attention to detail and numerical skills to ensure order accuracy
  3. Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities to meet deadlines
  4. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider team
  5. Good physical fitness to handle lifting and moving of stock
