About the role

As a Warehouse Checker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of our warehouse operations in Lipa City Batangas. This full-time position involves monitoring the movement and storage of goods, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining detailed records to support the wider logistics function.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods and materials
  2. Accurately recording stock levels and movements in the warehouse management system
  3. Conducting regular stock takes and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
  4. Identifying and reporting any discrepancies, damage, or issues with warehouse stock
  5. Assisting with the preparation and loading of outbound shipments
  6. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  7. Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role, ideally with exposure to stock control and inventory management
  2. Strong attention to detail and numerical skills to ensure accurate record-keeping
  3. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, with a proactive and organized approach
  4. Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and report on warehouse activities
  5. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
  6. A commitment to health and safety in the warehouse environment
