Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for either a Junior or Senior Lawyer at Robles Salazar Saremi Torrevillas Law Offices. The position involves working on a variety of legal tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. While the primary place of work is located in Mandaluyong, some work-from-home arrangements are acceptable. The role also includes liaising with clients, preparing case strategies, and collaborating with other legal professionals within the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in drafting various legal documents and contracts
  • Experience in courtroom representation and client advocacy
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing
  • For Junior Lawyer: 1-3 years of experience in legal practice; for Senior Lawyer: 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in corporate law, family law, or litigation is advantageous
