  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Organizing and maintaining office files, records and databases

  • Performing general clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and document preparation

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other key documents

What we're looking for:

  • Candidates must be a graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Business courses and or other related courses. Accountancy and Financial Management graduates without experience are encouraged to apply

  • With at least 6 months and above relevant experience in accounting, administrative and clerical jobs

  • Proficient in using MS Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel), advance knowledge in using Excel is an advantage but not a must

  • Willing to work under agency

  • Willing to report for office daily from Mon-Fri 8am-6:30pm
