JOB DESCRIPTION

Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness

  • Oversee daily monitoring and monthly inspections of fire-fighting equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate with departments for compliance with safety standards.
  • Support emergency response teams and assist in fire/earthquake drills.

Workplace Inspections & Audits

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to check for unsafe acts/conditions and enforce corrective actions.
  • Perform regular inspections (kitchen, food safety, shuttle/bus).
  • Lead scheduled ISO, DYSON, and government (DOLE, PEZA, BFP) audits.

Health & Safety Monitoring

  • Monitor deployment of security and LG/S3 manpower.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety standards.
  • Process work permits (hot work, working at height, confined spaces, etc.).
  • Assist in environmental monitoring and accident investigations.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual EHS, accident, medical, and FSIC reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance documents.

Training & Awareness

  • Conduct orientations, safety briefings, and road safety seminars.
  • Support BFP-conducted training and promote EHS awareness among employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4 year course.
  • 0 to 1 year of Work Experience.
  • With BOSH Training and Certificate (40-Hours).
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Good in Communication (verbal/written).
