COLLECTION SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose:

Collection Supervisor shall work with internal teams such as Collections Staff, Collections Area Managers and Accounting Team as well as external parties such as 3rd Party Collections Agency. The role ensures effective collection performance, compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and the achievement of collection targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the Colections Staff in carrying out colection, pul-out, and recovery activities.
  • Set and monitor colection goals and performance targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve colection efficiency and reduce delinquency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financing partner requirements, and local laws in the recovery of vehicles.
  • Oversee coordination with internal departments (e.g., Accounting, Area Managers) and external partners (e.g., 3rd-party colection agencies).
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on colection performance, unit recovery status, and portfolio updates to management.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluation of the colections team to enhance competency and motivation.
  • Recommend process improvements and participate in strategic planning related to credit and colections.
  • Ensure that the team is adhering to the company policies, process, and law.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree majoring in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
  • At Least 2 years experience in a Supervisory role in a related field.
  • With in-depth experience in debt collection and repossession of vehicles
  • Knowledge of 3 wheels and the motorcycle industry is preferred.
  • Can demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn any document management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other similar applications
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasks.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and has own motorcycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
