Special Project Fashion Project Intern

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regular communication with sellers in the assigned category to support daily operations.
• Monitor and track livestream schedules and activity for all sellers within the category.
• Drive continuous onboarding of new sellers to grow the category and ensure operational readiness.
• Analyze and report on category and individual seller performance, with a focus on GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) metrics.
• Manage and allocate seller budgets effectively, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and execute livestreaming initiatives.
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of daily operations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate student and currently enrolled in a university
• Patient and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 consecutive months of work.
• Genuine passion for fashion, with a strong interest in luxury brands and trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in live-streaming (as host, coordinator, or support) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, operations, or industry trends.
