Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize offices, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas daily.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as needed.
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment regularly.
  • Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
  • Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies (e.g., soap, tissue, disinfectant).
  • Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, stairways, and outdoor areas.
  • Report maintenance issues or damages (e.g., leaks, electrical problems) to the Admin.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used and maintained.
  • Assist in preparing meeting rooms or function areas when needed.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferably with previous experience as a housekeeper, janitor, or cleaner.
  • Knowledge of cleaning materials, tools, and techniques.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and with attention to detail.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
