Key Responsibilities:
Must be with domestic tanker vessels experience and ship management. Master mariner license is a plus.
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the tankering fleet, ensuring compliance with company policies and international maritime regulations.
- Manage vessel performance and operational efficiency, including fuel consumption, speed, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise the safe loading, transport, and discharge of cargo
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all vessels comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Implement and monitor compliance with ISM Code, ISPS Code, MARPOL, SOLAS, and other relevant regulations.
- Crew Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of seafarers.
- Ensure crew certifications and qualifications are up to date and meet regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive and safe working environment on board.
- Maintenance and Repairs:
- Develop and manage maintenance and repair schedules to ensure vessel reliability and longevity.
- Coordinate with technical teams for planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenditures.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on vessel performance, incidents, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation, Nautical Science, or related field.
- Master Mariner's license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tankering operations and ship management.
- Extensive knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in maritime software and Microsoft Office.
