Digital Marketing Head-Telecommunications

The Digital Marketing Head will drive the strategic direction, product roadmap, and growth of the streaming platform. This role focuses on subscriber growth, content strategy, digital product development, and partnerships to compete effectively in the streaming market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full business strategy—product, content, tech, marketing, and revenue
- Own the platform's P&L, subscriber targets, and performance metrics
- Develop and optimize content acquisition and original content strategies
- Oversee UX/UI improvements, platform features, and customer experience
- Drive digital marketing, user acquisition, retention, and engagement programs
- Build partnerships with studios, content creators, telcos, and payment providers
- Monitor competitive landscape and streaming trends
- Lead a cross-functional team of product, content, tech, and marketing specialists
Qualifications:
- 8–12+ years of experience in OTT, digital media, streaming, or tech platforms
- Strong understanding of digital product development and content strategy
- Proven success in scaling subscription-based digital services
- Expertise in data analytics, audience insights, and digital marketing
- Strong commercial mindset and experience in P&L ownership
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
