We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our existing client base while driving sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our existing client base by maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional service and support.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell Talkpush products and services to existing clients.
  • Prospect and pursue new client opportunities to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Understand and communicate client needs to internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR technology industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
