CASHIER/SERVER -

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONSJOB DECRIPTION:

Cashier/Servers should have basic knowledge of sequence of service or can demonstrate SOS once going through a training session.

Greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders with menu suggestions and upselling items, serving orders accurately and efficiently. For full service outlets, service should enhance customer satisfaction by checking on tables by asking customers if they need anything else once order is complete and checking on how the food quality is

.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:-

GUEST INTERACTION: Greets customers in a prompt and friendly manner, presents menus and provides menu recommendations.-

ORDER MANAGEMENT: Menu knowledge, repeats order for accurate orders and informs guests on approximate time for food preparation.-

SERVICE DELIVERY: Monitors customer's order with kitchen and bar. Delivers food and beverage with proper presentation and description.-

TABLE MAINTENANCE: Clears finished plates and anticipates customer's needs such as additional orders or changing plates.-

PAYMENT PROCESSING: Handles customer payments accurately including correct tables, pay types, handling discounts properly and issuing receipts and official receipts.-

PROBLEM RESOLUTION: Addresses customer's concern in a polite manner and finds a solution to meet customer satisfaction.-

WORKS WELL WITH OTHERS: Need to be a team player to ensure a cohesive dining operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Positive and outgoing personality- Strong communications skills- Flexibility : willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.- Previous customer service experience preferably in restaurant operations- Willing to learn new skills- Previous POS knowledge and basic math skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
